Checkout for Downloads :: Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with a link to download your product. Please save this download to your computer. Also, please note you may be asked for some personal details such as your address during the checkout process. Nothing will be mailed to you. This is just standard for ordering through WooCommerce.
Shipping
As a homeschool mom, I prepare shipments at the end of the day. You can expect your package to ship the day after your order is placed. We use PayPal shipping which unfortunately, at this time, does not provide tracking numbers. We are located in Lower Alabama, so your shipment could arrive in 2-6 business days, or up to over a week, depending on where you live.
Returns
For Downloads :: Due to the digital nature of the purchase, no refunds or returns are available.
For Physical Products :: We understand that sometimes what you thought you were getting is not what you wind up getting. This is especially true of curriculum and supplemental material. If you discover that you need a different product please contact us at the email address on your invoice. We are happy to receive or exchange unused, new condition products.
